- Master Thesis – Energy Efficient Modifications for the Home (Jeanine went Green before it became cool to be Green)

- College Instructor, Alabama
- Kitchen and Bath designer and cabinet dealer in Birmingham, Alabama
- Corporate Space planner and furniture dealer in Chicago, Illinois
- Residential Designer for architectural firm in Charlotte, NC
- Owner, Charlotte In-Vironments, Inc.

Kim Heath – Cabinet Designer
Kim has been with Charlotte In-Vironments, Inc. since 1994.
Wendy Watson – Architectural Designer
Wendy has been with Charlotte In-Vironments, Inc. since 2005.

- Bachelor Degree from North Carolina State in Environmental Design/Architecture
Susan Vaughn
Susan has been with Charlotte In-Vironments, Inc. since 2006.
- Bachelor Degree from NC State
- Associates degree in Interior Design (California)
Thera Phillips – Ace Administrative Manager and Bookkeeper
Thera has been with Charlotte In-Vironments, Inc. since 1998
